Welcome to Shore Rider where ‘everyday feels like summer’. We are located at 2168 Avenida de La Playa just 250 steps from the sand of one of San Diego's most visited tourist destinations, La Jolla Shores. Whether you've been surfing, kayaking, scuba diving, swimming with the local sea animals, or just relaxing, Shore Rider is an extension of the beach. Shore Rider offers great food, ice cold beer, tasty beverages, and cool tunes in an open air patio setting. Come with sand in your toes and share your stories of your day at the beach. Enjoy the sun, a San Diego beach vibe, and our warm hospitality. No shirt, no shoes, no problem!

We are working very hard to adhere to all new rules and regulations to make sure you have a safe and great time at Shore Rider. To ensure we can provide all of our guests a dine-in experience, we kindly ask you to be mindful of time and limit your visit to an hour.
We always do our very best to seat guests as quickly as possible but recommend calling ahead to inquire about current wait times.
